The Admissions Quest: Are You Ready?
We aren’t looking for “students” who follow instructions. At Courage Academy we are looking for families who are ready to take the driver’s seat. Our admissions process is designed to ensure that Courage Academy is the right proving ground for your child.
Step 1: The Deep Dive
Before you apply, we ask you to set aside the “old way” of thinking about school. Explore our website, watch our videos, and read Courage to Grow by Laura Sandefer. Understand that here, the learner is in charge, and the struggle is where the growth happens. Then hit Apply to begin your quest, and answer some quick questions about your vision for education.
Step 2: The Audition
Once we hear from you, we will send you step two within 48 hours, and this is your formal audition. Our application isn’t about test scores or transcripts. We want to know your “Why.” Take a few extra minutes and tell us about your child’s spark, their challenges, and why you believe the Colorado Springs status quo isn’t enough for you.
Step 3: The Family Audition
If your application resonates, we’ll invite you and your child to the studio for your tour. This is the time to ask us your questions, share your “Why” in person, and see if our school is the right fit for your family!
